What you will do

• Develop and execute influencer marketing campaigns tailored to the Philippine market
• Identify, onboard, and manage influencers across TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, and Facebook
• Leverage existing creator networks or agency connections for campaign efficiency
• Handle outreach, negotiations, content coordination, and campaign delivery
• Build and maintain long-term partnerships with high-performing creators
• Monitor performance, optimize based on KPIs, and collaborate with internal teams for localized messaging

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in influencer marketing or digital marketing
• Strong understanding of the Philippine social media and creator landscape
• Experience managing influencer campaigns end-to-end
• Existing relationships with local creators or agencies (strong advantage)
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Data-driven mindset with experience in campaign reporting
• Fluent in English (Filipino is a plus)
