What you will do
- Partner with HR Ops, Compensation, Performance, Benefits, and IT teams to optimize Workday processes using people, data, and technology.
- Act as SME for business units: document workflows, develop requirements, conduct gap analysis, and maintain 3-year roadmap.
- Configure and manage Workday Talent & Performance modules, including performance reviews, talent reviews, calibration, and succession planning.
- Launch annual merit, bonus, mid-year, and annual performance review cycles; troubleshoot issues and ensure data integrity.
- Perform tenant configuration, EIB data loads, sandbox management, system enhancements, implementations, and upgrades.
- Analyze data trends, write reports, manage enhancements, and collaborate on cross-functional projects for business value.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s in Computer Science, Finance, or related or equivalent experience.
- 12-15 years BRM/BA experience with SaaS/Cloud systems, including Workday Core HR, Payroll, Benefits, Recruiting, Talent, Advanced Compensation.
- Hands-on Workday Compensation and Talent & Performance expertise: configuration, integrations, processes, reporting, security.
- Proficiency in Workday Report Writer, launching review cycles, EIBs, module design documents, test cases.
- Strong knowledge of interfaces, workflows, database tables; HRIS security and data privacy.
- U.S. Citizen, Permanent Resident, or asylee/refugee (ITAR).
Nice to have
- Experience with system integrations and data migration.
- Business requirement workshops, project management, Microsoft Office advanced proficiency.
