Identity and Access Management (IAM) Engineer

Role:Identity and Access Management (IAM) EngineerPosition Type: Full-Time Contract (40hrs/week) Contract Duration: Long Term Work Schedule: 8 hours/day (Mon-Fri) Location: 100% Remote

We are seeking an experienced IAM Engineer to design, implement, and support secure identity and access solutions across enterprise environments.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage identity lifecycle processes including provisioning and deprovisioning
• Implement RBAC, MFA, SSO, and federation solutions
• Integrate IAM platforms with enterprise applications and cloud services
• Support access reviews, audits, and compliance requirements
• Troubleshoot authentication and authorization issues
• Collaborate with cybersecurity and infrastructure teams to improve identity security

Requirements

• 3+ years of hands-on IAM experience
• Strong knowledge of SSO, MFA, SAML, OAuth2, and OpenID Connect Browse our curated collection of remote jobs across all categories and industries, featuring positions from top companies worldwide.
• Experience with Active Directory and Azure AD / Entra ID
• Experience with IAM tools such as SailPoint, Okta, Saviynt, or Ping Identity
• Scripting or automation experience with PowerShell or Python

Nice-to-Have

• Cloud IAM experience (Azure, AWS, GCP)
• PAM exposure
• Experience integrating IAM with ServiceNow or HR systems
• IAM or security certifications
