Salary: $123,000–$152,000

What you will do

• Develop, enhance, modify, and maintain software solutions for internal and external clients, focusing on business process automation.
• Provide solution architecture, document designs, develop program logic for new applications, and modify existing ones.
• Ensure functional specifications are technically implementable while innovating commercial technology assets.
• Implement Agile and DevOps best practices for consistent quality product delivery.
• Develop unit tests, complete documentation, and liaise with internal user groups based on business requirements.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in web development, object-oriented analysis/design, and service-oriented architecture.
• Experience designing/developing web-based platforms to automate business processes.
• Strong knowledge of modern automation architecture, technologies, and processes; experience with automation platforms (Appian, RPA or similar).
• Hands-on with Angular (TypeScript), JavaScript, Java, Hibernate, RESTful APIs, Spring Boot for microservices, SQL, Oracle/SQL Server.
• Experience with Agile tools (JIRA, Confluence), CI/CD pipelines, cloud-native solutions, Unix/Linux.
• University Degree/College Diploma in Computer Science or equivalent.

Nice to have

• Experience with cloud-based applications on AWS.
• Wealth management, brokerage, or financial services experience.
• Completion of the Canadian Securities Course.
