What you will do

• Design, develop, and maintain software features based on business and technical requirements in an established stack.
• Collaborate on estimates, design discussions, implementation, code reviews, and knowledge sharing.
• Write and maintain unit/integration tests to ensure production readiness.
• Investigate and resolve production defects using root-cause analysis.
• Contribute to technical documentation and support team delivery.

Requirements

• Located in Canada (remote)
• Post-secondary education in Computer Science or related field.
• 5+ years professional software development experience with Java in production.
• Strong experience with Spring/Spring Boot, Java app servers, Docker.
• Front-end with JavaScript/TypeScript, React/NextJS; databases (relational/non-relational).
• Git, Maven, CI/CD (Jenkins/GitLab); full SDLC in sustain model.
• Self-motivated with communication and problem-solving skills.
