Salary: $136,000 — $187,000 CAD

What you will do

• Design secure, performant, cross-platform browser-based features.
• Build and maintain features by contributing across the full technical stack.
• Collaborate with Product and Design teams to determine and optimize user experience.
• Debug and resolve production issues and participate in on-call rotations.
• Evaluate new technologies and techniques to improve overall engineering practices.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of professional software development experience.
• Proficiency in Node.js, JavaScript, and TypeScript.
• Experience writing and operating full-stack applications and RESTful APIs.
• Must be located in or able to work in Toronto, Ontario, Canada.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills for a team environment.

Nice to have

• Experience with React and Styled Components.
• Familiarity with AI agent frameworks, orchestration tools, or the Model Context Protocol (MCP).
• Experience working with data-driven applications.
• Exposure to agentic application patterns such as tool use and multi-step workflows.
