Salary: $94,000–$105,000 base + discretionary performance bonus.

What you will do

• Plan and execute video podcast recordings: manage equipment setup (cameras, audio, lighting), pre-production, content development, location scouting, talent management, and directing.
• Edit video/audio content: create full episodes and promotional clips with graphics, music, branding, subtitles, and bilingual thumbnails.
• Develop long-term content strategies to expand podcast lineup targeting client segments, topics, and languages aligned with organizational goals.
• Build relationships with Digital Media team, Fidelity employees (portfolio managers, experts), and external guests; generate ideas from cross-department discussions.
• Support wider Digital Media Team on video production, live webcasts, and digital events as needed.

Requirements

• Current work authorization for Canada required.
• Knowledge of video/podcast producing: content development, talent management, directing.
• Expertise in digital cameras, studio equipment, lighting, advanced audio capture, troubleshooting.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Premiere, Audition, After Effects, Photoshop) for editing and motion graphics.
• Basic knowledge of webcast platforms like Zoom.
• Excellent communication skills; project management and organizational abilities.
• At least 5 years relevant experience; demo reel/work samples required.

Nice to have

• Basic French understanding.
• Experience in financial services, public institutions, journalism, marketing, or social media content creation.
• After Effects animation, live TV studio, film production, or equivalent freelance.
• Two-year post-secondary program or equivalent.
