National Accounts Manager (Mutual Funds/ETFs): Supporting and promoting sales into Fidelityβs investment products with an accent on client management, product development initiatives, competitor analysis, and growing product exposure through distribution firms. Location: Hybrid schedule in Toronto Office, Canada. Current work authorization for Canada required. Occasional travel (approximately 20%).
Salary: $111,000 to $135,000 CAD (base salary and discretionary performance bonus).

What you will do
- Partner with external clients and organize industry conferences, preparing materials and securing approvals.
- Serve as key contact for sales team and internal partners, creating communications and collateral on products and trends.
- Manage client relationships at distribution firms, increasing market share and responding to RFPs.
- Demonstrate product expertise and support product management, including shortlist processes and new product approvals.
- Conduct industry analysis, competitive benchmarking, and identify new product opportunities.
Requirements
- Current work authorization for Canada.
- University degree or equivalent experience.
- 3+ years in financial services, preferably sales support, relationship management, or product marketing.
- Strong knowledge of Mutual Funds, ETFs, Liquid Alternatives, and Real Assets.
- Exceptional analytical, communication, and presentation skills; experience with complex data analysis.
- Strong Mutual Fund/ETF industry knowledge.
Nice to have
- CFA, MBA, CAIA, or other industry designations.
