TL;DR
Service Professional (Financial Services): Delivering top-tier service to life insurance and annuity policyholders with an accent on resolving inquiries, advocating for clients, and processing transactions. Location: Remote - United States. Shift between 8am ET and 6pm ET, Monday through Friday.
Salary: $48,000 - $52,000

What you will do
- Handle inbound client inquiries with empathy, resolve routine issues promptly, and escalate complex ones.
- Advocate for policyholders, educate on products, and process financial and non-financial transactions accurately.
- Navigate multiple systems, document interactions, and recommend process improvements.
- Meet performance goals, participate in training, and collaborate on projects.
- Provide emotional support and solutions aligned with clients' immediate and long-term needs.
Requirements
- 1-3 years customer service experience in life insurance, annuities, or financial services.
- H.S. Diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's preferred; FINRA Series 6 strongly preferred.
- Experience in contact center and with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Excellent verbal/written communication, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
- Ability to work under pressure, multitask, and adapt to changes.
- Shift work 8am-6pm ET, Monday-Friday.
