TL;DR
Technical Lead (Fullstack): Leading execution and delivery of technology solutions and continuous improvements across application landscape with an accent on modernizing core systems toward scalable, resilient solutions. Location: Flexible hybrid schedule at 483 Bay Street, Toronto until late 2026, then new Mississauga office at 3 Robert Speck Parkway. Current work authorization for Canada is required.
Salary: $135,000–$152,000 base + discretionary performance bonus

What you will do
- Lead modernization of core systems in collaboration with architecture teams to build scalable, resilient platforms.
- Partner with engineers, product owners, and stakeholders to deliver high-quality solutions meeting technical and business goals.
- Break down complex initiatives into deliverables, provide estimates, recommend approaches, and mitigate risks.
- Assess code quality, architecture, and operational risks to ensure secure, maintainable solutions.
- Produce and review technical documentation for sustainability and knowledge sharing.
- Support operations including on-call rotation and improve stability, performance, supportability.
Requirements
- University degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience.
- 5+ years as fullstack developer.
- Experience in typescript/node or java/spring boot backend, typescript/react/angular frontend.
- Strong experience building and designing systems.
- Excellent documentation, written/verbal communication, analytic, organizational, negotiation skills.
- Current work authorization for Canada is required.

- 2+ years as team lead.
