What you will do
- Lead and develop a global Indirect Procurement organization with focus on accountability, improvement, and innovation.
- Act as strategic partner to senior leaders, strengthening trust and enterprise alignment.
- Define and execute global strategy for sourcing, supplier management, and governance.
- Leverage market intelligence to drive thought leadership, mitigate risks, and optimize spend.
- Establish procurement policies, tools, and technologies for transparency, efficiency, and compliance.
- Partner with Finance and FP&A to deliver annual savings aligned to financial goals.
- Drive global sourcing, negotiation, and contract management to enhance supplier performance.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Finance, Supply Chain Management, or related field (Master’s preferred).
- 7+ years leadership in senior procurement roles in global organization; minimum 20 years in Procurement.
- Demonstrated ability to influence senior leaders in matrixed environments.
- Polished communicator skilled in presentations to diverse audiences.
- Expertise in supplier negotiation, contract management, and building supplier relationships.
- Proficiency in data analytics and procurement technologies (Power BI, Oracle, Excel).
- Strong financial acumen and understanding of financial statements.
Nice to have
- Certifications like CPSM or CSCP.
- Experience with source-to-pay technologies (e-sourcing, Oracle, Coupa, spend analytics).
- Success in sustainability, supplier diversity, or risk management initiatives.
