What you will do

• Partner with business units to reimagine processes using Oracle Fusion standard features, minimizing customizations while meeting DOD needs.
• Act as SME for assigned business units: attend meetings, document workflows, build roadmaps, and serve as trusted advisor.
• Define business requirements, analyze data trends, conduct gap analyses, and prepare specifications for IT solutions.
• Collaborate with peers, PMO, and leadership to balance BU and enterprise optimization, manage enhancements, and prioritize projects for ROI.
• Demonstrate system capabilities, facilitate CRP/UAT, and ensure adoption of new IT solutions.
• Contribute to IT strategies, risk assessments, and strategic planning for Oracle Fusion in support of business objectives.

Requirements

• U.S. Citizen, U.S. Permanent Resident (Green Card holder), or asylee/refugee status required (ITAR compliance)
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent.
• 12-15+ years BRM/BA experience with Oracle ERP/Fusion, SaaS/Cloud systems.
• Extensive experience with Oracle modules: Order Management, Inventory, Purchasing/Receiving, ASCP, BOM, WIP, Quality, MES.
• Knowledge of Quote-to-Order, Order-to-Cash, Average/Project Costing; interfaces, workflows, DB tables.
• Strong communication, GAP analysis, SDLC, testing (CRP/UAT), SQL/PLSQL; multi-project support.

• Projects Manufacturing, Project Costing/Contracts, Oracle Product Hub (PIM).
• Salesforce APIs/integrations, business requirement workshops.
• Statutory/compliance in Defense Contractor environment, Oracle Support, Service Desk.
