What you will do

• Ship full-stack features from React frontends to backend APIs, data layers, and infra scripts.
• Review code, mentor engineers, lead architecture and technical standards.
• Collaborate with product and design to deliver value quickly and own complex initiatives end-to-end.
• Optimize performance, scalability, reliability, troubleshoot production issues.
• Design secure integrations with ML prediction engines, LLMs, third-party APIs.
• Build high-performance UIs, dashboards for complex datasets, scale multi-tenant SaaS and on-prem deployments.

Requirements

• Communicates clearly in English, both written and verbal
• 8+ years professional experience with excellent full-stack skills
• 4+ years with React (Next.js), Nest.js/Express, GraphQL, Docker, Postgres
• Understands system design and architecture - CQRS, event sourcing, distributed systems
• Builds scalable, secure, production-ready systems and takes ownership

Nice to have

• Real-time data visualizations or analytics dashboards (tailwind, d3, ag-grid)
• Experience with behavioral data, event streams, time-series analysis
• Shipped ML-powered features to production
• DevOps/CI-CD experience
