TL;DR

What you will do

  • Own and evolve web surfaces for the Stratos AI platform, including strategist and client portals, reporting builders, and admin surfaces.
  • Build campaign management UIs on top of third-party ad APIs (Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn) including bulk edit flows and creative tooling.
  • Develop data metrics views and dashboards backed by BigQuery, MySQL, and Postgres.
  • Manage containerization via Docker and AWS infrastructure (EC2) and oversee GitHub Actions CI/CD pipelines.
  • Integrate LLM APIs (Anthropic, OpenAI, Google) focusing on streaming responses, tool calling, and structured outputs.
  • Translate Figma mockups into polished, accessible (WCAG) production-ready React/TypeScript components.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of professional web development experience with production ownership of user-facing applications.
  • Strong proficiency in React, TypeScript, and modern frameworks (Next.js, Remix).
  • Expertise in AI-assisted development using tools like Claude Code, Cursor, or Copilot to accelerate engineering.
  • Mastery of SQL (MySQL, Postgres, BigQuery) and query builders like Knex for high-performance data structures.
  • Experience with cloud delivery (AWS/GCP) and queue-based systems (BullMQ, SQS).
  • Must be based in Canada.

Nice to have

  • Experience with design systems such as shadcn/ui, Radix, or Tailwind.
  • Knowledge of marketing data literacy (CRM, GA4, paid media APIs).
  • Awareness of security and compliance standards like SOC 2 or ISO 27001.
  • Experience with dashboarding frameworks and PDF generation (Recharts, Tremor, Visx).
