Salary: $125,000 - $196,875

What you will do

• Test hardware capabilities, document performance, and report restrictions for networked systems.
• Update and maintain firmware for fielded and developmental hardware platforms.
• Validate configurations and ensure integration across software, hardware, and networks.
• Provide backup system administration, troubleshooting, and support.
• Conduct software testing, replicate field issues in labs, report bugs, and assist resolutions.
• Automate testing and configuration tasks using scripting (JavaScript, Python, C#).
• Create documentation and collaborate with cross-functional teams on findings.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or higher in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field.
• 10+ years in hardware/software testing (or 2+ years with Master’s).
• Experience with firmware updates, configuration validation, and complex systems analysis.
• System/network administration experience.
• Scripting proficiency (JavaScript, Python, C#) for automation.
• Active TS/SCI with polygraph clearance.
• U.S. person per ITAR.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, documentation, and communication skills.
• Experience in secure, networked environments.
