What you will do

• Design and build software testing tools that integrate with developer environments like VS Code, GitLab, and Datadog.
• Develop and maintain automated test infrastructure supporting mobile, web, and backend teams.
• Define AI-augmented quality gates and testing patterns within release management systems.
• Instrument and monitor AI usage, performance, and costs to track organizational maturity.
• Collaborate with security and compliance teams to ensure AI workflows safely handle sensitive PHI data.
• Create reusable templates and libraries to facilitate team adoption of AI-powered quality workflows.

Requirements

• 6+ years of experience in a Software Engineering or SDET role.
• Must be based in the USA.
• Hands-on experience with agentic model harnesses and automated test orchestration.
• Strong proficiency in building CI/CD workflows and automated testing frameworks like Playwright, Appium, or Cypress.
• Deep knowledge of programming languages including Ruby, Javascript, or Python.
• Ability to collaborate cross-functionally and translate complex workflows into technical requirements.

Nice to have

• Experience building Slack apps or chatops tooling for internal teams.
• Practical experience managing AWS infrastructure with Terraform.
• Familiarity with observability tools for tracking AI reliability and cost.
• Background in healthcare or regulated industries handling PHI/PII.
