TL;DR

Sr. Data & Financial Systems Analyst (Zuora/NetSuite): Support end-to-end data migration to Zuora, including data transformation, validation, and reconciliation with an accent on financial systems integration and reporting. Focus on assessing NetSuite design gaps, building scalable processes, and ensuring operational handover to Billing and Revenue teams.

What you will do

• Support data migration from NetSuite and other systems into Zuora, handling customer, subscription, invoice, payment, and revenue data.
• Perform data scrubbing, transformation, enrichment using Excel and Power Query, and validate Zuora Data Loader templates.
• Execute data validation, tie-outs, and variance analysis between source systems and Zuora.
• Assist Financial Systems team with Zuora reporting, GL setup, and ABR templates alignment.
• Assess and optimize NetSuite configurations for better data quality and scalability.
• Develop documentation, train teams, and transition processes to Billing and Revenue operations.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Information Systems, or equivalent experience
• 4+ years in financial systems, data migration, or validation in SaaS/subscription environments
• Hands-on experience with Zuora data structures, Data Loader, and NetSuite.
• Advanced Excel proficiency (formulas, pivots, lookups) and Power Query.
• Knowledge of subscription billing, revenue recognition, A/R, and GL concepts.
• Experience with system implementations, reconciliations, and cross-functional collaboration.
