Sr. Sales Engineer - Federal - TS (Cybersecurity): Design pragmatic security solutions using advanced services and technologies for Army customers with an accent on Splunk, Network Security, SOC, Threat Intelligence, Data, AI, and Identity. Focus on driving thought leadership, cross-sell opportunities, and complete security programs aligned with client security initiatives and business goals.
Location: Washington, DC (onsite). Active Top Secret Clearance Required. Experience in Federal Required.
Salary: $200,000 – $250,000+ Annually

What you will do
- Drive services and technologies business to meet quarterly and annual quota objectives using standardized sales processes.
- Maintain deep knowledge of client security environment and identify opportunities correlating to +ClearShark solutions.
- Articulate portfolio alignment to client needs at senior leadership level and collaborate on security strategy and roadmaps.
- Identify cross-sell/upsell opportunities, manage proposals, and participate in sales across the full portfolio.
- Stay ahead of industry trends, facilitate thought leadership, and promote portfolio at events and through networks.
- Participate in account planning, forecasting, pipeline management, and proposal processes including RFI/RFPs.
Requirements
- BS/BA or equivalent and minimum 5 years in information security role, preferably as consulting advisor, architect, or engineer.
- Experience in Federal Required. Active Top Secret Clearance Required.
- Strong expertise in one or more: Splunk Platform, Network Security, SOC, Threat Intelligence, Data, AI, Identity.
- CISSP, GIAC, CISA, CISM, CCSP or relevant cybersecurity certifications preferred; vendor-specific certifications in specialty.
- Strong presentation, communication, business acumen, and ability to lead technical discussions.
- Thorough understanding of threat landscape, vulnerabilities, and defensive controls; self-starter with attention to detail.
