What you will do
- Solo deliver or lead complex projects as technical point and escalation resource.
- Lead technology deployment, connector configuration, custom rule and workflow development, and third-party integrations.
- Drive business continuity, cyber resilience, and disaster recovery efforts.
- Lead capacity planning, hardware specifications, user acceptance testing, and bug fixes.
- Design and implement build processes, code migration, source control, and provide post-production support.
- Contribute to training, career development, and communities while maintaining certifications.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree and 5-7 years of related work experience; 4-7 years in technical architecture.
- Strong understanding of business continuity, cyber resilience, disaster recovery, and security frameworks like SABSA, TOGAF.
- Knowledge of networking (TCP/IP, OSI), OS (Windows, UNIX), security tech (firewalls, IDS/IPS), scripting (C, Java, Perl, Shell).
- Understanding of compliance (PCI DSS, GLBA, EU Data Protection, U.S. privacy laws).
- Professional certifications such as CISSP, CISM, CBCP, or CISA.
- Strong communication, relationship-building, negotiation, and multitasking skills.
