What you will do

• Assess customer Falcon environments to ensure alignment with Falcon Complete security standards.
• Provide recommendations and create remediation plans to improve the customer's security posture.
• Directly contact customers to resolve misalignments and document issues according to SLAs.
• Develop and deliver service reports and statistics as requested by clients.
• Partner with internal support and technical teams to troubleshoot and resolve complex issues.

Requirements

• US Citizenship or Green Card Holder.
• 3+ years of experience in a cybersecurity-focused role.
• Proficiency in Windows, Linux, and MAC operating systems.
• Demonstrated knowledge of threat detection and incident response.
• Bachelor's degree in Technology, Cybersecurity, or equivalent professional experience.
• Relevant cybersecurity certifications (e.g., SANS, ISC2).

Nice to have

• Experience with SIEM, UEBA, MDR/XDR, or CSIRT operations.
• Knowledge of frameworks such as ISO 27001, NIST CSF, CIS Critical Security, PCI DSS, or MITRE ATT&CK.
• Experience working with complex, sophisticated clients as a security advisor or consultant.
• Knowledge of Change Management and Malicious Code detection.
