What you will do
- Contribute to the development and implementation of new standards, tools, and templates to enhance the efficiency and impact of medical teams.
- Manage budgets for medical activities, ensuring they are on time, on scope, and on budget.
- Identify key business challenges, conduct root cause analysis, and develop organizational and process improvement plans.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to support the development of consistent and integrated Medical Action Plans.
- Develop and manage communication plans for global and local medical affairs.
- Identify issues and inefficiencies, and lead the creation and implementation of solutions to improve business outcomes.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or higher (MBA preferred).
- 15+ years of industry/relevant professional experience, with 10+ years in Medical Affairs.
- Proven track record of success in fast-paced environments, with self-management capabilities.
- Accurate and effective communication skills in both verbal and written formats.
- Effective leadership through influence and motivation.
- High Communication Skills (Japanese and English)
