Cash Management Representative

TL;DR

Cash Management Representative (Fintech): Preparation of outgoing and incoming proceeds via cheques and electronic money movements including wires, EFTs, and client transfers with an accent on accurate processing, logging, and transmission of deposit files. Focus on executing cheque printing, maintaining logs for multiple business lines, and administering TD Web Business Banking for inbound/outbound payments within SLAs.

Location: Flexible hybrid schedule from Toronto office; current work authorization for Canada is required

Salary: Hourly $28.00–$40.00 (CAD)

What you will do

• Download cheque files and execute printing processes from various lines of business.
• Prepare cheques for distribution and maintain logs for deposited, printed, and voided cheques.
• Process outbound electronic payments including wires, EFTs, and client initiated transfers.
• Administer TD Web Business Banking: retrieve inbound payments, maintain spreadsheets, and process outbound payments within SLAs.
• Transmit daily deposit files to TD Bank via Remote Deposit Capture machine.
• Work closely with internal and external partners.

Requirements

• Current work authorization for Canada required
• Minimum 1 year work experience, preferably in financial services.
• Post-secondary education preferred or equivalent experience; university degree an asset.
• Strong English communication skills (written & verbal) required; French an asset.
• Mathematical skills, good keyboarding, attention to detail, customer service, and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel – medium level).
• Ability to multitask in fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.

• Knowledge of electronic money movement processes.
• Knowledge of mutual funds.
