TL;DR

PPT Designer and Ops Coordinator (Design): Design, build, and refine high-quality corporate PowerPoint presentations for a strategy-led communications agency with an accent on layout, typography, visual hierarchy, and brand consistency across hospitality brands. Focus on translating written strategy briefs into compelling slide decks, creating visual assets in Adobe tools, proactively fixing issues, and supporting operations including billing, invoicing, and inbox triage.

Location: Work from Home (Philippines, Ortigas, Pasig City). Work Schedule: 9:00 AM–6:00 PM AEST (7:00 AM–4:00 PM MNL time).

Boutique creative communications agency based in Sydney specializing in executive presentations, corporate strategy decks, internal communications, and campaigns for corporate and hospitality clients including Accor Hotels sub-brands.

What you will do

  • Design and refine corporate presentations in PowerPoint including strategy decks, executive presentations, internal comms, and pitches to high professional standards.
  • Translate strategy briefs into clear slide decks while maintaining brand consistency across multiple clients.
  • Build visual assets in Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator and import into PowerPoint.
  • Proactively fix grammar, layout, and structural issues using Australian English.
  • Prepare and issue invoices using WorkflowMax and Xero, run billing cycles, chase overdues.
  • Monitor and triage inbox, draft responses, and support operational workflows.

Requirements

  • 3+ years in presentation design with strong PowerPoint portfolio
  • Advanced PowerPoint skills (layouts, master slides, consistency)
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator)
  • Strong design fundamentals: layout, typography, visual hierarchy
  • Strong written and spoken English with Australian spelling and tone
  • Comfortable with invoicing, billing follow-up, operational admin
  • Highly organised, proactive, reliable internet and professional setup

Nice to have

  • Experience with WorkflowMax, Xero
  • Corporate or hospitality brand exposure
  • Supporting founders or directors
  • AI tools for design
  • Microsoft 365, Google Workspace
