What you will do

• Contribute to the development of creative concepts across brand, packaging, and marketing communications.
• Translate briefs and strategy into compelling visual ideas and scalable design systems.
• Execute high-level craft across typography, layout, color, and imagery.
• Lead the development and evolution of packaging systems across various categories, formats, and regulatory environments.
• Collaborate with Creative Directors, Strategists, and production experts to ensure design intent translates to print and manufacturing.
• Present design decisions clearly and confidently in team critiques and working sessions.

Requirements

• 3–5+ years of experience in brand design, packaging design, or related fields.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign).
• Strong portfolio demonstrating design thinking, craft, and creativity.
• Solid understanding of typography, layout, color, and visual systems.
• Must be based in or able to work in Portland, OR (Hybrid).
• Bachelor's degree or higher.
