Location: Hybrid (Lisbon, Portugal) — 3 days in office, 2 days remote

What you will do

  • Collaborate with the Creative Director to translate concepts into high-quality visual designs across all workstreams.
  • Design digital and print assets including PowerPoint presentations, digital ads, banners, social graphics, and brand collateral.
  • Develop creative design concepts for B2B marketing materials and campaign toolkits.
  • Maintain and evolve the visual identity by applying brand guidelines consistently across all deliverables.
  • Partner with marketing teams to create designs that communicate key messages and drive engagement.
  • Manage multiple design projects simultaneously while maintaining a high standard of quality.

Requirements

  • 6+ years of experience in graphic design, preferably within the finance or fintech industry.
  • Strong portfolio showcasing a range of work across digital, print, and brand applications.
  • Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and PowerPoint.
  • Excellent understanding of design fundamentals, including typography, color theory, and visual hierarchy.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within cross-functional teams.
