Presentation Designer

What you will do

• Design and format high-quality presentation decks primarily in PowerPoint.
• Transform dense technical and scientific content into clear, well-structured slides.
• Create layouts that optimize readability, hierarchy, and narrative flow.
• Apply and maintain institutional brand systems while tailoring designs for various stakeholders.
• Build reusable slide templates, visual frameworks, and presentation components.
• Collaborate with subject matter experts and project leads to refine slide content.

Requirements

• Strong portfolio demonstrating presentation design and visual communication.
• Advanced proficiency in PowerPoint.
• Ability to structure complex or technical information clearly.
• Strong understanding of visual hierarchy, typography, and layout.
• Experience working within established brand or design systems.
• Must be a US Citizen or Permanent Resident.

Nice to have

• Experience designing for technical, scientific, or engineering organizations.
• Ability to create infographics or explanatory visuals.
