Salary: $109,200 - $184,080

What you will do

  • Exceed quarterly and yearly revenue quota goals through strategic territory management.
  • Lead virtual teams including presales, partner managers, professional services, and customer success to secure sales wins.
  • Manage the entire sales cycle: qualification, presentations, RFP responses, negotiations, and closing.
  • Develop comprehensive business and marketing plans aligned with the assigned territory.
  • Maintain high standards of Salesforce hygiene and accurate forecasting.
  • Collaborate with marketing to execute targeted plans for partners and end users.

Requirements

  • Must be based in Illinois, Ohio, Wisconsin, Michigan, or Minnesota (USA).
  • Proven skill in conducting discovery calls and analyzing prospect needs to qualify opportunities.
  • Proficiency in positioning hirify.global solutions against competitors like Microsoft, Okta, and Saviynt.
  • Ability to navigate discussions across all levels, from business stakeholders to technical decision-makers.
  • Willingness to travel approximately 50% of the year.
  • Bachelor's degree in IT, business, or sales (preferred).
