Salary: $124,000–161,000 Annual

What you will do
- Design and produce high-quality digital and print materials including meeting invitations, email banners, office displays, event signage, presentations, brochures, and one-sheeters.
- Develop engaging social media content and perform video editing to support digital communications strategy.
- Manage multiple projects with varying timelines, from strategic campaigns to urgent requests.
- Ensure visual consistency and brand compliance across all communications materials.
- Implement AI-powered content optimization and accessibility features.
- Support internal communications by programming and sending employee emails.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree with 7+ years of experience in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, or related field.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere Pro), Canva, Davinci Resolve.
- Strong skills in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Experience with AI-integrated and emerging creative technologies.
- Experience working collaboratively across multiple departments and stakeholder groups.
