What you will do

• Design and produce high-quality digital and print materials including meeting invitations, email banners, office displays, event signage, presentations, brochures, and one-sheeters.
• Develop engaging social media content and perform video editing to support digital communications strategy.
• Manage multiple projects with varying timelines, from strategic campaigns to urgent requests.
• Ensure visual consistency and brand compliance across all communications materials.
• Implement AI-powered content optimization and accessibility features.
• Support internal communications by programming and sending employee emails.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree with 7+ years of experience in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, or related field.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere Pro), Canva, Davinci Resolve.
• Strong skills in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Experience with AI-integrated and emerging creative technologies.
• Experience working collaboratively across multiple departments and stakeholder groups.
