What you will do

• Design original brand and product-specific content across multiple visual mediums.
• Create print-ready dielines and production files for primary and secondary packaging.
• Develop in-store signage and display materials for retail environments.
• Produce print collateral and merchandise designs to support marketing activations.
• Generate digital deliverables for email, SMS, social media, and ad assets.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Marketing, and Digital teams to maintain brand consistency.

Requirements

• 2-4 years of packaging and production design experience in-house or at an agency.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, specifically InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop.
• Strong understanding of layout, typography, and visual hierarchy.
• Experience with the full print production process, from templates to pre-press proofing.
• Ability to design digital-first assets for social and paid media.
• Must be based in the USA to align with company benefits and payroll.

Nice to have

• Experience in e-commerce and DTC brands.
• Prior experience in the fragrance or beauty industry.
• Skills in video editing, animation, or Figma.
• Experience using AI platforms such as Midjourney, Claude, or ChatGPT.
