What you will do

• Set the vision and roadmap for the Employee Training product by synthesizing customer research and making strategic tradeoff decisions.
• Integrate AI capabilities as a core part of the product to enable intelligent course creation, personalization, and manager insights.
• Implement AI-led workflows for research synthesis, customer interview analysis, and PRD writing to accelerate discovery and delivery cycles.
• Define success metrics, track post-launch outcomes, and iterate on products based on data-driven insights.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Design, Data, and Marketing to ensure features are technically sound and effectively adopted on the restaurant floor.

Requirements

• Proven experience in B2B SaaS building simple, reliable tools for high-pressure environments.
• Track record of taking a product from zero to initial customers with documented outcomes.
• Experience owning an end-to-end roadmap and making data-backed prioritization calls.
• Ability to translate complex customer interviews and competitive research into scalable solutions.
• Daily use of AI tools to synthesize information and reduce time-to-decision in a professional workflow.
• Must be able to work in a hybrid setup in Saskatoon or Toronto, Canada.

Nice to have

• Experience building or scaling learning management systems (LMS) or training products.
• Background in EdTech or workforce enablement.
• Familiarity with product-led growth (PLG) motions.
• Previous experience in restaurant-tech, hospitality, or shift-based industries.
