What you will do

• Lead billing team in daily operations and month-end close activities.
• Serve as Oracle AR subject matter expert to define and optimize billing processes.
• Develop and document billing policies, procedures, and controls.
• Collaborate with Finance, IT, and Operations to resolve issues and improve workflows.
• Oversee preparation and validation of complex Excel-based billing files.
• Monitor billing accuracy, timeliness, and compliance; coach and develop team members.

Requirements

• Minimum 7 years transactional accounting experience (A/P, A/R, etc.), including 2 years supervisory.
• Strong knowledge of Oracle AR or similar ERP systems.
• Advanced Excel skills (formulas, pivot tables).
• Proven process improvement leadership.
• Detail-oriented with analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and organizational abilities.

Nice to have

• Experience in high-volume complex SaaS billing.
• Familiarity with financial reporting and reconciliations.
• Ability to manage competing priorities.
• Experience with offshore teams.
• Power Query experience.
