TL;DR

Location: Remote, US. Must have full-time work authorization in the United States without requiring sponsorship. Up to 20% travel.

What you will do

  • Define and lead global pricing strategy aligned with business objectives and regulatory considerations.
  • Design value-based pricing models, manage discount governance, and optimize contracts across channels.
  • Oversee analytics for pricing performance, elasticity, profitability, and customer segmentation.
  • Partner with sales, marketing, finance, and product teams to align pricing with business goals.
  • Establish pricing governance to ensure compliance and mitigate risks.
  • Monitor market trends, competitors, and integrate HEOR insights into strategies.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s in Business, Finance, Economics or related; MBA preferred.
  • 10+ years in pricing, analytics, or commercial strategy in medical devices/healthcare.
  • Proven leadership of high-performing teams.
  • Deep knowledge of medical device markets, reimbursement, and provider economics.
  • Strong analytical skills with pricing tools, data visualization, and financial modeling.
  • Ability to influence executives and communicate complex data.

Nice to have

  • Global pricing strategy experience.
  • Familiarity with value-based healthcare and outcomes-based contracting.
  • Exposure to digital health or innovative medical technologies.
