Program Manager I

TL;DR

Program Manager I: Support execution of company programs including cost, schedule, and technical performance with an accent on program life-cycle management, risk identification, and stakeholder alignment. Focus on coordinating project teams, leading program reviews, and analyzing scope changes.

Location: Moorpark, CA (onsite, U.S. person required per ITAR: U.S. citizen, permanent resident, or protected individual)

Salary: $56,500 - $80,325

What you will do

• Support program management throughout the life-cycle, ensuring alignment with internal customers.
• Implement program controls, identify, analyze, and manage risks.
• Coordinate project teams and inter-dependencies, establish priorities.
• Lead program meetings and reviews, report status to stakeholders.
• Analyze scope changes and support preparation of cost/technical proposals.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business or Engineering
• 2–5 years in Program Management or related field
• Experience in highly technical environment; U.S. person per ITAR
• Knowledge of project management methods, tools, and processes.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, Project).
• Strong communication, analytical, and leadership skills.

Nice to have

• Experience with Unmanned Aircraft Systems.
• Experience with international (ex-US) programs.
• PMI certification (CAPM or higher).
• Active Secret or Top Secret Security Clearance.
