Program Manager III (Aerospace)

TL;DR

Location: Petaluma, CA (onsite). Must qualify as U.S. person per ITAR (U.S. citizen, permanent resident, refugee, or asylee). Some travel required (up to 20%).

Salary: $101,000 - $143,325

What you will do

• Manage programs throughout the life-cycle, ensuring cost, schedule, and technical performance.
• Align with customers, define success criteria, and maintain overall satisfaction.
• Identify and mitigate program risks, coordinate project teams and inter-dependencies.
• Develop and maintain program plans including budget, EAC, and resource allocation.
• Lead program meetings, reviews with customers and executives, and manage scope changes.
• Support business development in bidding, proposals, and opportunity capture.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business or Engineering (or equivalent)
• 8+ years in Program Management with proven track record on multiple firm fixed price projects
• Deep knowledge of project management methods, tools, and processes
• Experience in highly technical environments and interfacing with government/commercial customers
• Basic familiarity with export licenses for military products
• Proficient in Microsoft Office suite including Project

Nice to have

• PMI (or equivalent) certification
• Experience with Unmanned Aircraft Systems
• Managing international (ex-US) programs
• Active Secret or Top Secret Security Clearance
