Salary: $214,000–$292,000 Annual

What you will do

• Develop agile launch strategies to accelerate planning, cross-functional execution, and resource alignment with global ambitions.
• Lead launch reviews against key milestones and objectives with cross-functional brand teams.
• Partner with leadership across functions to ensure strategic alignment and launch readiness.
• Establish launch excellence frameworks, tools, playbooks, processes, and governance for asset and market readiness.
• Drive pre-launch and post-launch assessments, capture lessons learned, and evolve the launch playbook.
• Proactively manage risks, facilitate decision-making, and connect global and regional launch teams.

Requirements

• BA/BS in Business, Marketing, General Management, Biotechnology, or related field.
• Minimum 10 years commercial experience in marketing, product launches, strategy, commercial operations, or related in biopharmaceutical/pharmaceutical, biotechnology, or life sciences consulting.
• Significant experience in multiple pharma/biotech asset/therapy launches.
• Excellent leadership skills with track record of developing teams, motivating performance, and managing in matrix environments.
• Strategic thinking, problem-solving, communication, stakeholder management, and executive presence to influence senior leaders.
• Highly organized with attention to detail and ability to deliver presentations to senior leaders.
