Location: Onsite in Madison, WI (must be able to commute daily)
Salary: $17.75 - $25.05 per hour

What you will do
- Support Spanish- and English-speaking customers via phone, chat, and email.
- Guide applicants through program requirements and gather missing information.
- Review and process rebate applications following established guidelines.
- Accurately enter and update application data in internal systems.
- Perform quality checks to ensure all application documents meet requirements.
- Handle basic troubleshooting and escalate complex issues to the appropriate teams.
Requirements
- Fluently bilingual in Spanish and English.
- Authorized to work in the US without employer sponsorship.
- Able to commute daily to the Madison office.
- 0–1 year of customer service or administrative experience.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools, especially Excel and SharePoint.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills and attention to detail.
