What you will do

• Handle inbound calls from the public interested in participating in Phase 1 clinical drug trials.
• Screen potential participants to determine their eligibility for specific studies.
• Collect and enter personal data for candidates who qualify for participation.
• Make outbound calls to schedule appointments for eligible participants as needed.

Requirements

• Spoken Spanish-English bilingual fluency is required.
• Must be able to work in a hybrid capacity in Tempe, AZ.
• Availability to work a 40-hour week, including shifts between Monday and Saturday.
