Client Service Administrator

TL;DR

Client Service Administrator (Financial Services): Provide administrative support to financial advisors and clients by managing inquiries, accounts, forms, and transactions with an accent on client relationship maintenance and operational efficiency. Focus on accurate data entry, report generation, and follow-up on client meetings and paperwork.

Location: Fully in-office out of Eagan, MN (Monday-Friday, 8:30am – 5:00pm)

Compensation: $20–25/hr, dependent upon experience

What you will do

• Enter client information into systems and maintain up-to-date documentation
• Research and respond to client inquiries regarding insurance and financial accounts
• Assist advisors with meeting preparation, forms, transactions, and performance reports
• Handle fund transfers, account openings, and CRM (Salesforce) maintenance
• Prepare correspondence, coordinate projects, and track client paperwork
• Provide backup support for phone calls and scheduling

Requirements

• 2+ years customer service experience preferred
• Strong computer skills in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Salesforce or ability to learn
• Excellent communication, multitasking, and attention to detail
• Ability to handle confidential information and build client rapport
• Basic understanding of financial products and services
