Sr Customer Engineer (SaaS): Owning the technical lifecycle of strategic Enterprise accounts, from pre-sales acquisition to implementation and expansion, with an accent on technical strategy and value realization. Location: Hybrid: In-office 3 days per week in Sydney, NSW

What you will do
- Partner with Account Directors on pre-sales motions for new customer acquisition and product growth.
- Lead technical strategy, onboarding, and complex deployments for strategic Enterprise accounts.
- Identify opportunities for adoption expansion and diagnose root causes of stalled adoption.
- Develop reusable frameworks, playbooks, and processes to enhance the broader Customer Engineering team.
- Serve as a high-level technical escalation point for complex customer challenges.
- Utilize AI tools to accelerate content creation and analyze account patterns.
Requirements
- 5 to 8 years of experience in customer-facing technical roles such as Solutions Engineering, TAM, or professional services.
- Deep hands-on experience with HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and REST APIs.
- Proven track record of managing strategic Enterprise accounts and executive stakeholders.
- Ability to solve ambiguous problems involving complex variables and tradeoffs.
- Experience integrating AI tools into daily professional workflows.
- Experience mentoring or coaching junior technical team members.
Nice to have
- Experience with , digital adoption platforms, or product analytics tooling.
- Hands-on experience with mobile app development (Swift, Android, or React Native).
- Familiarity with data architecture, AI/ML concepts, or advanced analytics instrumentation.
- Track record of building reusable frameworks or processes adopted by a broader team.
