What you will do

• Educate English and Spanish-speaking customers and contractors on energy conservation and renewable energy programs.
• Provide support via phone and email regarding program participation.
• Document customer interactions and provide recommendations on products and services.
• Manage participant intake data and ensure documentation accuracy and contractual compliance.
• Maintain a database of trade allies to ensure documentation remains current.
• Review and prepare program participation documents in coordination with internal and external departments.

Requirements

• 2-4 years of relevant experience.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish.
• Must be authorized to work in the US without employer sponsorship.
• Must be located in Oregon.
