TL;DR

Location: Hybrid model in Mexico City (8 days per month in office)

What you will do
- Support Account Managers in implementing solutions for customers in the US, Canada, and LATAM.
- Handle operational tasks including platform demonstrations, customer trainings, and data analysis.
- Guide customers through the supplier rating assessment process to drive product adoption and sustainability impact.
- Act as a liaison between customers and internal departments (CSR analysts, Product, Support) to resolve challenges.
- Lead internal projects to standardize and improve Customer Success processes.
Requirements
- 0-2 years of experience in direct customer support with large accounts in a fast-paced environment.
- Fluency in English, Spanish, and Portuguese (written and oral) is a must.
- Strong proficiency in Excel and data analytical skills.
- Formal education in Supply Chain, Sustainability, or Business.
- Must be based in Mexico City.
