TL;DR

Location: Hybrid in Dublin, Ireland (minimum 2 days per week in office)

Salary: €38,200 – €51,800 EUR

What you will do

  • Handle high volumes of inbound requests via phone, chat, and email to ensure an effortless customer experience.
  • Methodically troubleshoot technical product issues and coordinate resolutions with Technical Escalations and Product teams.
  • Act as a trusted advisor, providing training and proactive solutions to help customers maximize product value.
  • Develop and maintain the knowledge base and coach users on self-serve resources.
  • Capture and represent the voice of the customer by providing feedback to the Product team.
  • Contribute to internal projects aimed at improving service delivery and departmental processes.

Requirements

  • Full professional proficiency in Spanish (written and verbal).
  • Must be based in Dublin, Ireland, for a hybrid work arrangement (minimum 2 days/week in office).
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills with a professional tone.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
  • Tech-savviness and a strong desire to learn new platforms.
  • Patient, compassionate, and curious mindset.

Nice to have

  • Experience working with SaaS applications.
  • Familiarity with Service Cloud or similar CRM software.
  • Experience in the legal or professional services industries.
  • Proficiency in Google Suite and Microsoft Office.
  • Competence in both Windows and Mac operating environments.
