What you will do

• Manage the literature lifecycle, including updates, version control, and compliance.
• Maintain metadata and taxonomy for content assets.
• Coordinate workflows and traffic between creative, compliance, and production teams.
• Oversee print production workflows (Litho & Print on Demand) and manage vendor specifications.
• Coordinate logistics, shipping, and distribution of materials across various locations.
• Identify and implement improvements to workflow efficiencies.

Requirements

• Experience with T.M. Storefront (Toppan Merrill) or similar tools.
• Strong knowledge of print production, including paper types, color profiles, and finishing.
• Proven ability to lead and manage projects across multiple teams or groups.
• In-depth knowledge of digital and traditional printing techniques and processes.
• Experience in content governance, taxonomy, or literature management.
• Experience in workflow and traffic coordination.
