What you will do

• Oversee paid search campaigns from strategy and launch to ongoing optimization and client presentations.
• Lead and develop a team of paid search marketers through coaching, 1:1s, feedback, and career growth initiatives.
• Manage budgets, bids, and KPIs while testing keywords, ads, landing pages, and tools for performance gains.
• Conduct data analysis using reporting tools and present insights in weekly client calls.
• Collaborate with other channel teams to align strategies and address impacts on client accounts.
• Handle client onboarding, transitions, and satisfaction through strong communication.

Requirements

• 7-10 years in Paid Search with proven success on $1M+ budgets
• Google Ads Search Certification (additional Google certs advantageous)
• Experience with PMAX and other campaign types like Display, Video, App, Shopping
• Strong data analysis skills using analytics tools to drive decisions
• Advanced Google Suite, Excel, PowerPoint; multitasking across clients and initiatives
• Excellent communication and team collaboration skills

• 2-3 years team management experience
