What you will do

• Manage and scale high-performing Shopping (PLA) and Text Ad campaigns on Google, Bing, and Brave.
• Lead the end-to-end Paid Search strategy to accelerate customer acquisition and support company growth.
• Optimize product feeds and manage large-scale ecommerce product catalogs.
• Conduct structured experimentation, specifically title and image testing.
• Implement measures to improve Quality scores and CTRs across a wide portfolio of cross-category keywords.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience managing large-budget Paid Search programs with a focus on product listing ads.
• Expertise in Google Adwords, Google Ads editor, and Bing Ads.
• Strong proficiency in Google Sheets/Excel and experience with Google Ads scripts.
• Proven ability to build and manage highly granular PLA account structures.
• Strong analytical skills to drive decision-making based on data.
• Must be based in the United States.

Nice to have

• Experience with visualization and analytical tools like Looker and SQL.
• Experience with SA360, SKAI, or Marin.
• Knowledge of attribution models, measurement frameworks, and automation tools.
• Experience with international search programs and feed management tools.
• Understanding of merchandising, inventory, and margin-driven bidding strategies.
