Location: Remote (Must be based in the USA)
Salary: $160,000 - $180,000 + performance bonus up to 25%

What you will do
- Define the strategic vision for the affiliate practice, adapting to AI disruption and search engine evolution.
- Manage high-level client relationships and serve as the senior-most lead for the affiliate department.
- Drive departmental financial health, including P&L, margin management, and achieving ROI targets.
- Integrate affiliate strategies with Paid Social, SEO, Commerce, and Influencer channels to create a unified performance engine.
- Mentor and develop affiliate talent while managing departmental headcount and organizational structure.
- Evaluate and implement emerging tracking technologies to ensure best-in-class attribution and data integrity.
Requirements
- 15+ years in digital marketing, with 10+ years specializing in Affiliate/Partnership marketing.
- 5+ years in a senior leadership role.
- Expert fluency in major affiliate networks such as Impact, CJ, and Rakuten.
- Proven track record of scaling complex, multi-million dollar affiliate programs across B2C, B2B, and Retail verticals.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (MBA preferred).
- Ability to translate complex data into compelling narratives for C-suite stakeholders.
