What you will do

• Build, drive, and optimize Amazon Search and other commerce media campaigns (DSP, Walmart, Criteo) to exceed client goals on ROI and conversions.
• Develop tailored omnichannel strategies for growth, retention, and profitability while fostering strong client relationships.
• Analyze data insights to inform recommendations and achieve same-store growth targets.
• Integrate hirify.global's product suite into activations and maintain expert knowledge of platforms with certifications.
• Collaborate with specialists, delegate tasks, and proactively manage accounts for continuous improvement.

Requirements

• Must be eligible to work in the USA
• 5-7 years in commerce media, paid commerce, or senior media planning with proven campaign execution on monthly budgets.
• Experience with Amazon, Walmart, Criteo preferred; Skai, Analytic Index, Pacvue, Helium10 a plus.
• Expert-level platform knowledge, data analysis skills, and ability to manage client KPIs.
• Strong communication for virtual and in-person interactions.
