Location: Hybrid in Mexico City (Reforma, CDMX), required to come into office two days a week

What you will do

• Build, launch, and maintain Paid Search/Shopping campaigns aligned to client objectives, surfacing trade-offs early.
• Prepare performance updates and QBR inputs with actionable next steps.
• Operate platform tools like Google/Microsoft Ads, SA360/Skai, and apply automation responsibly.
• Pull and interpret Bliss Point signals to inform optimizations and log feedback.
• Monitor performance, build reports, run A/B tests, and manage budgets/pacing.
• Collaborate across Pod with SMEs, Analytics, Creative, and Client Leads while documenting workflows.

Requirements

• 2–3 years experience executing and managing Paid Search/Shopping with monthly budgets ~$50K+
• Platform fluency: Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, Merchant Center, SA360 or Skai, competitive tools.
• Analytics: GA/GA4, advanced Excel/Sheets for performance narratives and test readouts.
• Clear communication, cross-functional teamwork, receptive to coaching.
• Google Search & Shopping certifications (or complete in first 60 days).
