What you will do

  • Own SQL targets from organic search for assigned brands and serve as primary SEO contact for brand leadership.
  • Build quarterly SEO roadmaps, prioritize keywords and initiatives based on SQL potential, focusing on mid- and bottom-funnel opportunities.
  • Brief shared SEO specialists on content, technical SEO, and link building with clear objectives, impact, priorities, metrics, and deadlines.
  • Review deliverables for quality and alignment, track weekly performance using GA4, GSC, Ahrefs, and adjust strategies based on data.
  • Monitor GEO and AI search visibility (ChatGPT, Perplexity, Google AI Overviews) and incorporate insights into content and entity optimization.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of SEO experience (agency or in-house)
  • Experience owning outcomes like SQLs, not just rankings or traffic
  • Strong analytical skills using data for decisions on content, technical SEO, and links
  • Comfortable managing multiple brands, stakeholders, and matrixed teams
  • Able to prioritize ruthlessly, push back on low-impact requests, and brief/review work effectively
