What you will do

• Achieve retail sales targets and manage territory spending budgets, including travel and freelance expenses.
• Develop collaborative relationships with store teams to grow market share and brand presence.
• Educate and coach retail personnel on ABH products and services to drive retail results.
• Plan and execute new product launches and in-store promotional events.
• Oversee visual merchandising to ensure maximum brand exposure and compliant service counters.
• Recruit, train, and coach freelance support and licensed professional staff within the territory.

Requirements

• Location: Must be based in Vancouver, BC
• Valid driver’s license, proof of insurance, and a safe, reliable vehicle.
• Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and some holidays to meet business needs.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Ability to perform overnight and air travel as required.
